For an Industrial Design project about Costa Rica at RMIT University Melbourne I'm doing research about communities in Costa Rica. I found out that information about this is hard to find on the web, so I was wondering if anyone here could help me with this.
I know the ticos are family-oriented, but are they also community-oriented? And how important are these to the ticos (for instance compared to their family)? If there are communities, what kind if communities are there? So what kind of persons are in a certain community. Or is the community nothing more than just the family?
If anyone can help me with this I would be very glad!
