I am a music manager in New York and I was hoping someone in Costa Rica could give me information on hip hop music in Costa Rica.
How widespread is it? Any radio stations that play hip hop music? Any clubs that feature hip hop acts?

We did not have access to a radio but, the local bars/clubs would play hip-hop CDs. We did not see any "live" hip-hop acts in Manuel Antonio. However, "Daddy Yankee" was on our plane down to CR and was playing a show in San Jose.
