I have the wonderful proven ability in internet marketing with the business skills to back it up with enough spanish to get by. My fiancé has the rest needed to run a business.
We are in the process of selling one of our businesses and will be moving to Costa Rica with the proceeds. This relationship would be perfect for a hotel that is not doing as well as hoped or one starting out and looking to grow quickly. In such a situation we would ideally live in and run the hotel, taking a percentage of increased sales. You will have nothing to lose and so much to gain for no upfront costs.
