Would someone be so kind and let me know where in Costa Rica would be possible to rent, a economic but nice, small place close to the beach and shop stores. We will not rent a car.
For the duration of 5 months[November-April].
We are a senior couple from Canada.

I am new on this forum, but I noticed your post had been viewed over 400 times and yet you received not one reply.
It was probably because your request had no easy answer.
My sister and I are retired. She wans to build a senior Co-Housing Lodge in Costa Rica for retirees with limited resources.
