Anyone ever have stuff shipped from the US to Costa Rica like say Amazon.com? Seems every time I ask about getting stuff shipped here its always a potential disaster but I recent ordered a book from amazon and if/when it shows up I will be sure to report how it went. I will be the guinea pig.

actually Ron if you join ARCR they have a Miami address for deliveries and that works pretty good for most small items - costs about $100 per year as I recall

Have you seen that new site I mentioned before also? www.sellingcr.com They have a great looking site and forums also. But I will go check out that site you suggested also. More info the better right?

yes we have Ron and it is irritating for folks with dial-up because it takes 5 minutes to load the opening page

Ok folks here is the report! I receive all my packages that I ordered online via Amazon and another online vendor for my iPod replacement battery. No problems whatsoever and using the regular postal to boot! I got a mailbox in the Correos place for 13k colones per year and it works like a charm.
