I'm moving down to San Pedro in May. Anybody familar with the area? How much are apartments going for, any cool bars/things to do, what should I expect, etc...

San pedro is a nice part of san josé. Appartaments go from arround 200$ up.
A lot of bars and restaurants with young people(national and international students)
