I am in desperate need of a vet to do surgery on a dislocated front shoulder of my horse. I am having difficulty finding someone willing or qualified to do the procedure. The horse is located in the province of Cartago, halfway between Orosi and Turrialba. The horse will be stabilized in a belly sling inside her house.

If you know of any vets that would be qualified and willing (I am not looking for this to be done for free), please forward contact information. Your help is sincerely appreciated.
