Once I registered our temp address in Costa Rica, I began to receive communications here from the USA Dept of SS. My approximately 6th piece of correspondence in 9 months is a fairly extensive questionnaire. Though we may just be here part of each year for health reasons, we have been approved as residents. Anyone else familiar with this situation, and the considerations regarding my responses to the questionnaires? Husband has not yet received such attention.
