Relocating

I am looking into purchasing a business in the Oso Penisula an am wondering how hard relocating to CR as a single female might be? I'm outgoing and independent but am somewhat concerned on how hard it might be to build a solid social circle, make good friends, develop a support system etc. Any advice, things to consider or recommendations that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
