hallo, ich bin gerade in costa rica, und wuerde mich mit meiner freundin gerne bei freiwilligenarbeit beteiligen. fuer 6 monate sind wir da und moechten gerne irgendwo helfen, haben aber selbst nicht das geld um fuer die organisationen ueber die das immer laeuft zu zahlen.
meine frage jetzt, hat jemand kontakte oder wissenswertes ueber freiwilligenarbeit ohne dass man selbst dazu zahlen muss.
wir sind zur zeit in tamarindo/Guanacaste...

Global Creek is a new project that is being initiated in the area of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. The project is located on a 4.5 ha piece of land surrounded by tropical forest. Our new centre combines elegance, class and luxury with a 100-percent inclusive environmentally-friendly and sustainable business practice. We strive to be a model of environmental and social sustainability for any business or residence, and to further environmental learning and cognizance in both the local and international communities.

Global Creek is currently recruiting volunteers for:
- Sustainable building projects using renewable materials, ie bamboo and cob.
- Food and butterfly gardening projects
- Plant and wildlife interpretation
- Trail construction

This is a unique time to be involved in the formative stage of a grassroots project and leave a positive impact in the area for many years to come.

We can offer volunteers accommodation (including kitchen access) on our beautiful property in exchange for services rendered. We require that volunteers stay for at least a month and hope that they will be able to stay for much longer! We are looking for like-minded people who are eager to see Global Creek be a success!
