Tetanus: Highly recommended for everyone -- even in the U.S. or Europe Hepatitis A: Highly recommended for every traveller. Typhus: Seems to be less important for CR than for other Latin American countries. I got mine for Mexico. Malaria: Medication may have strong side effects. I suggest spending some money for the new MalaQuick "Standby Malaria Test" by Rida & having Resohin ready with you. Paul
