Since you said that budget is not a problem, you should check out La Mariposa, a hotel on the top of the mountain between Quepos and Manuel Antonio south of Joco. It has the most amaising views of the ocean from the pools and bars. Skip Quepos and go into the National Park at Manuel Antonio for the nature loving part and the incredible beaches.
