Hi there Ellie, There is a place in the mercado central which roasts and sells bags of (coffee and) hot roasted peanuts in shell. They are located just inside the northwest corner entrance to the mercado. If they don't sell it I feel certain that they will know exactly where to send you to find it. HTH
