There are many organic farms in Costa Rica. Just do a simple search in any brouser and you'll find web sites of some. I would suggest doing some good homework about Costa Rica soils and growing conditions. It might surprise you that soils in the tropics are not very fertile and although there is an wealth of vegitation, growing veggies is not as easy. Of course it can be done, but its alot of hard work. If you are growing for local consumption, keep in mind the local prices for food is low.
