The Best Western in Jaco is on the beach and under $100. It was a pretty nice hotel-not 4 star but well kept. It is also on the fringe of Jaco so it is not too busy. I wouldn't suggest doing all inclusive there--we didn't and enjoyed the restaurants in town. I you are a surfer and have a car-go south to playa hermosa , excellent waves. Better than in Jaco have fun Donna
