Very much depends where you are in the country. In the Guanacaste (N.W. Pacific beach area) there will probably be very little rain, Monteverde and S. Pacific beaches more, and the Caribean even more. Not to worry, it will be fine as the rains are generally ending then and you won't melt anyway! I would only add that in the San Jose area, end of Nov means very little rain, warm weather, and pura vida Ed
