What can we do in one week in Costa Rica (Pacific Side)???

My girlfriend and I are planning on going the first week of July. We have seven days. Any suggestions on what to see? We want to combine hitting the beaches, cultural areas, possibly hiking/rainforests and/or nightlife. THANKS!
