The rains are nice- warm and "usually" light... Plus it can get hot - so they tend to cool things down. And the vegetation in the south is just unbelievable. Just wear bathing suits and flip-flops all the time and the moisture will not bother you at all. That said - Guanacaste is drier- try Montezuma
