My brother returned from Costa Rica two weeks ago. They stayed in 3 different hotels however not the Punta Islita. He and his wife stayed at the Villa Calentas and said it was wonderful. They wish they had stayed at this hotel for their entire trip and just taken day trips from this location. I think it's very remote and on a cliff in a not so busy town but within driving distance to activities. My husband and I are going to stay there in two weeks. Have a good trip!
